Job Overview
We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated External Support Engineer to join reputed company. As an External Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our external content creation teams, creating reference materials and training programs, and solving reputed company issues with our tools and workflows. You will be the reputed company between our content teams and our tools engineering team, and will work closely with both groups to ensure that our content is of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external content creation teams in regards to the use of our content tools
- Create reference materials and provide training to get external teams up to speed with our toolset
- Solve and debug possible issues with our tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
- Escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and work with production to track these issues in JIRA
- reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
- Partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality
- Guide or reputed company cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. - Experience with reputed company 3D game and tool development
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking software
- iOS and Android mobile development experience
- 5 years' experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment

- Excellent organization skills
- Self-motivating; able to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously
