Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing legendary customer service to our passengers at the ticket counter, baggage service office, and reputed company area. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. This is a union-based role that requires working assigned shifts based on seniority, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and patient service to internal and external customers, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring the success of our company.
• Handle ticketing and reputed company-in processes, operate a computerized reputed company-of-sale system, and resolve reputed company complaints and problems.
• Greet and handle customers in a polite and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent, you'll need:

• The ability to type and/or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet demands of the job.
• The ability to read documents, follow instructions, and learn ticketing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• The ability to work well with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful situations.
• A satisfactory completion of the Customer Service Agent training program with an 80% or greater average and an evaluation period.
• Awareness of hazardous situations and the ability to handle emergencies as needed.
• The ability to work under tight time constraints to accomplish quick turns of aircraft.
• A well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Operations Employee Handbook and Labor Agreement.
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate information and instructions reputed company telephone, face-to-face, and on public address systems.

Preferred Qualifications
