• Provide Feedback Offer insights and recommendations to improve software usability based on customer interactions.
• Follow Up with Customers Ensure customer issues are resolved by following up and confirming satisfaction.
• Escalate reputed company Issues Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain Customer Records Accurately document interactions, feedback, and troubleshooting steps taken in a CRM or internal system.
