Job Description

As an Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and advising management on best practices to maintain a productive and compliant workplace. Requirements

• Proven experience in employee relations or HR business partnering

• Experience advising managers and employees on policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred
