About The Role

Our technology team works to build, launch, and evolve our internal applications and consumer-facing web applications. We implement modern agile best practices and fully automated CI/CD pipelines. The SDET role focuses on verifying the quality and reliability of the software. A reputed company SDET brings experience and understanding to the team, and owns the QA reputed company in the process. You must be results-driven and able to reputed company in a dynamic and rapidly-growing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the entire team to understand the work being done, communicate any issues you see, verify the quality of the software being built, and deliver new features and improvements.
• Become the SME for projects as they are being planned and developed, and own the testing reputed company in our SDLC.
• Plan and build automation around reputed company new features, and update automation for existing features accordingly.
• In addition to automation, there will be some manual testing for features being developed.
• Investigate and resolve reputed company bugs in unfamiliar code.
• Troubleshoot test and tool failures with no prior context.
• Mentor other team members on best practices as well as testing and automation strategies.
• Offer code reviews on SDET pull requests.
• Attend and participate in scrum meetings.

• Extensive experience in independently planning and building robust automation to test software applications
• Comfort with manually testing software applications
• Ability to setup and maintain a local Ruby on Rails environment
• Strong understanding of RSpec, Capybara, and Selenium WebDriver
• An understanding of the code pipeline so that you can offer help reputed company troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver stories independently, communicate bugs, and risks
• Ability to write reputed company SQL queries to validate data changes or troubleshoot issues
• Strong communication skills
• Mentorship skills and the ability to give well-crafted constructive feedback
