The reputed company RPM-HT Care Coordinator assists the Telehealth Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) and the Facility Telehealth Coordinator (FTC) also reputed company as the Telehealth/Rural Health Manager in providing programmatic, educational, performance improvement and clinical support. He/she is accountable for adhering to established policies, standards of care, evidence-based practice, national directives, program operation manuals and applicable statutes in nursing care. The reputed company RPM-HT Care Coordinator assumes accountability for patient outcomes, clinical competencies, evidenced-based practice, performance improvement, department education, and patient satisfaction. He/she provides direct care utilizing reputed company aspects of the nursing process, care management principles and technologies reputed company a collaborative, interdisciplinary practice setting.
