As a reputed company Vendor Asset Acquisition Specialist, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for internal and external vendors, ensuring that reputed company imagery and product attributes meet reputed company's high standards. You will be responsible for uploading imagery and product attributes into reputed company's systems, re-balancing priorities to meet production deadlines, and testing new solutions to increase efficiency while maintaining quality. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to work independently and collaboratively, will be essential in this role.A Day in the Life
As a reputed company Vendor Asset Acquisition Specialist, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:- Partnering with internal and external vendors to acquire assets and product attributes for reputed company.com and NordstromRack.com
- Ensuring reputed company imagery and product attributes flowing through the Vendor Asset process meets reputed company standards
- Uploading Imagery and PA into reputed company Systems to be actioned by further reputed company teams
- Continuously re-balancing and shifting priorities to meet production deadlines
- Building strong business partnerships and providing consistent and comprehensive status updates to key business partners: Buying Office, Site Merchandising, Photo Studio, and Marketing
- Testing of new solutions to increase efficiency while maintaining quality
- Maintaining consistency with data management through the production pipeline

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:- Minimum of two years experience in a high-output, fast-paced e-commerce digital department
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on the process under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner cross-departmentally
- Visually precise, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
