About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our hotel guests. As an Evening Desk Clerk & Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the hotel on the overnight shift, rolling over the business day, and ensuring that reputed company guest requests are met with a smile. You will also be responsible for auditing the day's transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining the hotel's financial records. If you have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assists guests with reputed company-in and reputed company-out processes, including verifying registration, address, and credit information, balancing bank, and posting charges.
• Coordinates reputed company late-night guest requests, informs guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities.
• Prepares, sets up, stocks, takes down, cleans, and provides quality beverages and food products consistently for reputed company guests by adhering to reputed company recipe and presentation standards.
• Rolls the day – overnight staff checks in remaining guests, posts manual charges as necessary, runs reports to ensure the day is balanced, and then completes tasks to roll the day to the next business day.
• Provides minimal assistance with breakfast setup, such as making coffee and other small tasks, and checks out early leaving guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic typing skills with computer data entry experience.
• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or reputed company field.
• Strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with constant guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Ability to lift, pull, carry, and push up to 50lbs.
• Must possess basic computer skills, i.e., Word, reputed company, etc.
• Must be 18 years or older.
