Job Summary:

We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional assistance to our customers. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, helping customers install applications and programs, and ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly. Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Engineer at Workwarp, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and challenges. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing answers to simple IT issues reputed company email and chat applications, and for more reputed company problems, direct contact with clients reputed company phone and/or written instructions and technical manuals.
  • Own reported customer issues, ensuring problems are resolved through to resolution.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, reputed company agreed time limits.
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either reputed company phone, email, or chat, until they've solved a technical issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers).
  • Provide reputed company and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
  • Ensure reputed company issues are properly logged.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Maintain collegial relationships with clients.
  • Live by the standards set by the Workwarp Core Values and ensure that business is transacted accurately and with the highest ethical standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., reputed company).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide reputed company-by-reputed company technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Additional certification in reputed company, Linux, reputed company, or similar technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be a definite plus:
  • Experience with cloud-based services and platforms.
