Job Summary
The Enrollment Coordinator - Bilingual (Spanish) is a full-time remote position responsible for the full onboarding of patients into our program. This includes following up on items needed, such as prescriptions, diagnosis codes, copay approvals, and additional requested items from operations. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, sales-driven, and has excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will be the forefront of how patients interpret their experience with Conversio Health, and you will reputed company with potential patients by educating them on the benefits of our program reputed company multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company patients into our program by communicating with them reputed company phone, email, and other channels to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Follow up on items needed, such as prescriptions, diagnosis codes, copay approvals, and additional requested items from operations.
- Act as a liaison between patients, representatives, and providers to request prescriptions on patients' behalf.
- Ensure that intake documentation is completed timely to successfully service patients after initial onboarding and order shipped successfully.
- Participate in ongoing in-services and department meetings as requested by management.
- Identify, resolve, and document any patient problems and/or complaints, notifying management as required.
- Maintain open communication channels between management, coworkers, and contracted vendors.
- Observe confidentiality with reputed company patients, staff, and management.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three years of reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Excellent computer and office systems skills, including reputed company MS Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional oral and written skills.
- Ability to multi-task, possessing strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Medical/Healthcare Interpreter (CMI) by the national board.
- Call center service experience, including inbound/outbound calling reputed company a call center environment or medical insurance broker/sales rep for facilitating enrollment applications with plan carriers.
- Telephonic customer service skills, including the ability to reputed company unsolicited calls (telephonic and written education to external clients), while maintaining good etiquette and providing accurate information.
- Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sales experience.
- Sales experience with a positive track record.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
