We're looking for a London-based, part-time Email Marketing Specialist to manage customer re-engagement, retention, and churn for our B2C customers while supporting targeted engagement for our B2B database. As an individual contributor, you'll be responsible for maintaining consistent, high-quality email communication with our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Audience Segmentation: Analyze our database of 50,000+ customers and create meaningful segments (e.g., abandoned bookings, lapsed customers, potential regulars). Identify and plan targeted communications for each reputed company.
• Strategizing and Execution: Plan and execute email campaigns with regular frequency (no bulk sends). Automate workflows for behaviors like abandoned bookings and follow-reputed company, ensuring ongoing engagement.
• Email Design and Copywriting: Create visually appealing, brand-reputed company email templates. Write clear, persuasive copy tailored to each audience reputed company.
• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor email performance (e.g., open rates, clicks) and optimize for reputed company results.
