Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of the Terminal Activities team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an exceptional guest experience, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple ports and terminals. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of embarkation systems, address issues, and implement upgrades to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with terminal activities and center partners.
• Continuously improve working cycles to enhance reputed company Cruise Line services, both internally and externally.
• Drive new processes and projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Maintain and update databases, such as Port Appearance Times, Daily Activity Reports, and Quality Assurance Reviews, as well as report data for monthly summaries and on-demand requests.
• Support the Terminal Help Manager with moderate process and citizenship questions, Cast Member development, and agenda planning documentation for citizenship requirements.

• Identify issues and resolve problems connected with projects, content, and measurement to improve project success.
• Maintain Terminal Activities documentation, including working guides, forms, and guest embarkation insurance, for accuracy and consistency.
• Schedule, coordinate, and record office meetings.

• Attend and support Terminal Activities in Port Canaveral, South Florida, and Outports.
• Occasionally, support the Outport team by assisting with terminal/area launch tasks.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field.
• Knowledge of cruise products, the cruise industry, and terminal operations.
• Understanding of internal and external relationships and responsibilities as they relate to a cruise terminal wharf operation, including dock registration procedures, embarkation techniques, and guest transportation.
• Proficiency in reputed company 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Ability to handle multiple needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Travel industry experience.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid passport, as this position may require international travel.
• Ability to travel frequently to support terminal activity areas.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, push street cases that may weigh over 500 pounds, and use equipment in a warehouse setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over three years of cruise line dock operations or similar experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company Cruise Line Manager and reputed company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in reputed company PowerApps/Power Automate.
• Knowledge of reputed company Cruise Line systems, including DXP, Seaware, and Fidelio.
