About the Role

As the Director of Sales for the Pacific Northwest Region, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Reporting to the Senior Director Regional Sales, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to deliver outstanding customer service, cultivating lasting relationships with customers, and staying reputed company of emerging trends in the medical technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to reputed company regional sales targets, assess costs and competition, and identify key markets.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Marketing Techniques: In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Sales Skills: Strong prospecting skills, excellent closing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Communication and Leadership: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the medical technology or ophthalmic industry.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP).
