About the Role: Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company. As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients, prescribers, and partners through exceptional customer service and accurate data entry. Under the general supervision of our operational program leadership, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound and outbound customer service inquiries, reviewing and assessing incoming referrals, and ensuring seamless data entry into our database system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer service inquiries from patients, prescribers, insurance companies, external partners, or internal partners reputed company telephone, resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and/or edit patient records in our database system, ensuring accurate demographics, insurance information, and prescription data from incoming referrals.
• Initiate outbound telephone calls to patients and prescribers to collect additional information, explain benefit investigation outcomes, or follow up on non-reputed company patients.
• Attach incoming facsimile images to patient records and generate letters and brochures for patients, prescribers, or partners as needed.
• Identify and escalate concerns received from patients, prescribers, partners, or insurance companies, ensuring reputed company corrective action.
• Document reputed company interactions associated with patient records into our database system, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to production and turnaround standards.
• Report reputed company Adverse Events (AE) disclosed in alignment with training and Standard Operational Procedures (SOP).

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in a highly skilled and fast-paced call center environment, preferably in Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Commercial Insurance, or Patient Assistance Programs.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate with others at reputed company levels.
• Ability to multi-task, independently prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high call volume environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute and proficiency in reputed company Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience in a similar industry or role.
