About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at reputed company, you will be the face of our company, interacting with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and product knowledge
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
• Follow and reputed company sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, contributing to the overall success of the store
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, reputed company and mix products as needed, and stock shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as required

Qualifications and Requirements

We're committed to providing comprehensive training to our new Customer Service Specialists, so you don't need prior experience to apply. However, you must meet our minimum requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship for employment work reputed company status
• Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• High School diploma or GED
