Job Overview: Customer Service Representative
This regular, part-time position is available remotely, and the selected candidate will reputed company their role in January 2025. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for AOP Christian Homeschool customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond positively to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly, both written and in speech, to both internal and external customers.

- Determine customer's needs and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Use multiple CRM's at once to assist the customer.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
