About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Support Representative to join our Patient Customer Service department reputed company the reputed company Cycle Management Division. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, resolving billing issues, and driving exceptional customer experiences through innovation and reputed company improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a positive customer experience and improving reputed company cycle management.
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and think critically.
  • Maintain performance goals and adhere to productivity standards, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Become proficient in our processes and systems after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with previous medical and/or call center experience being a plus.
  • A dedicated work-from-home space, with the ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications, and alpha-numeric data entry proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to reputed company successfully in a team environment and demonstrate excellent organization skills.
  • A reliable internet reputed company with a download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord.
