Job Summary

The Asset Management Team at Costco is seeking an reputed company Business Operations Analyst to join their team as an Asset Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing data reviews and analysis of software assets, identifying data reputed company issues, and resolving discrepancies between extracted inventory data and CARTS data. You will also support efforts to expand total footprint software visibility into the software asset management tool and provide expertise in asset management policies and procedures to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation and references, including policy descriptions, reference lists, process flows, and historical records of resolved issues.
• Initiate cross-collaboration with internal and vendor teams and support team members in problem-solving activities.
• Support the development of the ITAM Control Book and reputed company policies, including maintenance of existing content, creation of new content, and contribution to the conception of the update process.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and increase efficiency through reputed company process improvement and implementation of best practice solutions.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of wealth management experience with knowledge of industry best practices, or equivalent experience in inventory/materials management.
• Solid understanding of hardware and software asset life cycles and supply chain methods and processes, from purchase to disposal.
• Experience using reputed company to analyze datasets, including experience with pivot tables and formulas, and the ability to compare different data sets.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and demonstrates the ability to investigate and resolve problems effectively.
• Must have a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, and be motivated to take initiative with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and reputed company organizational levels of Costco.
• Previous experience successfully managing multiple projects and tasks, with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Costco's business operations is preferred, or other knowledge of the structure of a large organization with teams in multiple locations.
