• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, and experimentation/causal inference techniques.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated judgment in balancing pragmatic business needs and scientific rigor.
• Communication Skills: Proven experience forming relationships with and influencing cross-functional leaders, and demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence a wide range of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree: Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Economics, Computer Science, or Physics.
