About the Role: Analyst in the Compliance Group

This role is part of the Compliance Group reputed company the People/HR Division at reputed company. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks including obtaining fingerprint/background investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters; maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/monitoring US Customs results; and data entry.
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigate any database issues.
• Prepare and analyze HR Compliance data between various files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems.
• Conduct advanced analytics, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize reputed company data used for HR Compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and the team on an ongoing basis.
• Review completed Fingerprint Applications and reputed company for accuracy and any retransmission of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse.

Essential Qualifications and Preferred Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) applications.
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
• Advanced reputed company skills, including formatting, creating reputed company formulas, and Vlookup.
• Advanced Access skills.
• The ability to interpret large sets of data to reputed company meaningful reports.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.

• The ability to enforce fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements.
