We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join reputed company in the Netherlands, working from the comfort of their own home. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries through phone, chat, and email.
About the Role
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to reputed company, offering a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in e-commerce. You'll be working variable hours to match reputed company our customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, Monday to Sunday. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with every interaction
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer and navigating various software applications
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- A minimum 50 Mbps broadband reputed company speed using a hard-reputed company ethernet internet reputed company (no WIFI)

- Proficiency in multiple languages, in addition to Swedish and English
