About the Role: Customer Service Agent - Remote/Hybrid

• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Ability to commute to our Waterloo, IA facility for onsite training and occasional meetings.
• A dedicated and secure workspace at home, with minimal distractions and interruptions.
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Stable internet reputed company with speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
