We are currently looking for an reputed company HR Support Specialist to join reputed company on a freelance basis. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide essential support to our clients in managing their human resources functions effectively. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the UK.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist with performance management and development initiatives
• Help in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct research on HR best practices and trends
• Provide assistance in employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Support Specialist, HR Assistant, People Contractor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Experience with recruitment and reputed company processes
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
• Registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO)—This can be arranged at reputed company of job offer.
• Freelancer Professional Indemnity Insurance—This can be arranged at reputed company of job offer.
• Familiarity with employment law and compliance regulations
• Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn
• Experience with employee training and development is a plus
• Knowledge of HR analytics tools and software is advantageous
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
