We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and driving reputed company growth by building strong client relationships. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global team.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads in reputed company industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle from reputed company reputed company to deal closure
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Understand client hiring challenges and position reputed company’s solutions effectively
  • Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations and demos
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, reputed company, Product) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding

What you should bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or HR Tech
  • Proven track record of end-to-end sales cycle management

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, reputed company-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Ability to understand client needs and map solutions effectively
