Job Summary

We're seeking an Associate Director of Experience Design to reputed company the reputed company Value Design Systems team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for crafting design systems that power multiple brands and channel experiences across the reputed company Value portfolio. You'll bring technical design prowess, multidisciplinary leadership, and strategic vision to build a multi-brand design system from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, socialize, and govern processes for requesting, evaluating, building, and releasing new components.

• Evangelize and educate brand experience teams on leveraging shared foundational building blocks.
• Promote accessibility, versatility, and performance as reputed company architectural tenets.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in design systems and governance.

• Degree in design or reputed company field of study.

• Portfolio examples of design systems you have created.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• Competitive salary range: $136,000 - $253,000 annually (depending reputed company and experience).
• Incentive-based compensation.
