Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of our portfolio of brands for pure play (reputed company, reputed company, Go Puff, and others), our fastest-growing channel. As the Sales Director, you will serve as a general manager to the Pure Play business, working to optimize sales, maximize trade investment, increase profitability, drive supply chain and packaging initiatives, and drive sustainable improvements to the P&L. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage reputed company facets of the reputed company P&L, reputed company P&L, and others, and work closely with marketing teams in new product development and advertising to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and results are delivered.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales (preferably for Pure Play accounts).
- 3+ years of Vendor Management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company/ecommerce sales.
- Superb analytic skills with the ability to dig deep into data to craft critical objectives and strategies and turn insights into action to drive results.
- Executive communication and negotiation skills with an ability to problem-solve and deal with ambiguity.
