Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Non-IT Project Manager to assist our global, functional workstream leads in planning, organizing, and managing workplans, ensuring critical milestones are achieved for Day 1 integration activities. The successful candidate will have a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including project management, communication, and problem-solving. This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist global, functional workstream leads in planning, organizing, and managing workplans to reputed company critical milestones for Day 1 integration activities
• Identify and mitigate risks/issues and track appropriate items in a RAID log
• Prepare weekly workstream reporting and create messaging appropriate for executive consumption
• reputed company and direct a team distributed across multiple regions, using proficient communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Support resources across disciplines, working towards a common goal
• Work autonomously with minimal guidance to move work efforts reputed company
• Assist integration leads in organizing and planning efforts to reputed company Day 1 success on a regional basis
• Understand the reputed company of each functional workstream and how that status intersects or supports overall integration efforts
• Assist the Integration Management Office (IMO) in PMO responsibilities, such as governance tracking and administration, executive reporting, consolidation of materials, and workstream support
