Key Responsibilities

• Travel to different locations throughout the United States to install, configure, and maintain telecom systems, including switches, routers, cabling, access panels, and wireless equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their telecom needs, offer technical expertise, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless communication services for our clients.

Essential Qualifications
