Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance:
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store, including vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning glass, collecting trash, and spot cleaning carpets as needed.
  • Replace store and maintenance supplies, restock bags at wrap stands, and replace interior and exterior lights reputed company necessary.
  • Ensure the associate lounge is clean and well-maintained.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as needed, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in correcting situations that could be hazardous to customers and associates, such as spills, broken glass, or icy sidewalks.
• Merchandise Processing:
  • Unpack merchandise correctly in accordance with store policies and goals, achieving a reputed company of 27 cph.
