Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teletherapy services to adult clients with IDD, addressing a wide range of speech and language disorders.

• Document therapy visits and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely submission reputed company a 24-hour timeline.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Hold a valid Texas-issued Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant License.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Have completed 25 Clinical and 25 Observation TDLR-approved hours as required for a Texas license.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to learn on the job and adapt to new situations.
• Be comfortable working with adults in their homes and/or reputed company of a clinical setting.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience working with adult clients with IDD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
