Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality teletherapy services to adult clients with IDD, addressing a wide range of speech and language disorders.

- Document therapy visits and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely submission reputed company a 24-hour timeline.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and case managers to share updates, reputed company, and therapy goals.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with HIPAA, State, and Federal Regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Hold a valid Texas-issued Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant License.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Have completed 25 Clinical and 25 Observation TDLR-approved hours as required for a Texas license.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to learn on the job and adapt to new situations.
- Be comfortable working with adults in their homes and/or reputed company of a clinical setting.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience working with adult clients with IDD.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms and tools for teletherapy.
