As a reputed company Experience Designer on Accessibility, you'll be responsible for defining and scaling reputed company's inclusive design initiatives with a focus on digital accessibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute accessible UI components, patterns, and documentation to reputed company's industry-leading Design Language System
• Define and deliver scalable tooling and frameworks for other designers to reputed company, such as accessibility specs and annotations

• Translate industry standards, like Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), into understandable and approachable deliverables to uplevel designers and writers

Your Expertise

To reputed company in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in both interaction and visual design, as well as experience in the inclusive design or accessibility space. Your expertise will be characterized by:

• 8+ years of professional experience in user experience and digital design
• Experience in the inclusive design or accessibility space, or with design language systems
• Proficiency designing across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, Mobile Web)
• Effective communication skills and an ability to translate technical accessibility guidelines into persuasive practices people will embrace
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguous environments, including adapting to new challenges, scenarios, and working styles
• Understanding of how different assistive technologies (like screen readers or speech recognition software) behave, and how users of assistive technology may be impacted by different design choices

Essential Qualifications

Your background should demonstrate a deep understanding of user experience design principles, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
