About the Role

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to internal users, troubleshooting reputed company technical issues, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects, ensure compliance with reputed company policies, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users reputed company phone, email, or in-person to resolve hardware, software, or network-reputed company issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reputed company to computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems and applications.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Technical Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and network concepts.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues on Windows and/or Mac systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, reputed company Office Suite, and other common business applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
