The Role: Inbound Sales Specialist

As an Inbound Sales Specialist at SimpliSafe, you'll be the face of our company to new and existing customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations to help them secure their homes and families. This is a fully remote role with the flexibility to work from home or our office, with optional in-person collaboration on two core days each month.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist future customers through the process of selecting the right system, products, and services best suited for their lifestyle needs.
• Identify key insights to customers' needs and provide recommendations to help secure their home, family, pets, etc.
• Follow SimpliSafe's sales methodology to ensure the highest level of respect, trust, and loyalty with our future customers.
• reputed company customer follow-up activities, including quotes, information requests, etc.
• Properly collect and input customer information for proper customer identification.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Eligibility for certification as an electronic reputed company employee, which requires submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for use in conducting a national criminal records search and a Virginia criminal history search and final certification approval from DCJS.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

• Previous sales experience, particularly in the home reputed company or reputed company industries.
• Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and home reputed company systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
