The Role: Brokerage Client Service Associate

As a Brokerage Client Service Associate, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients and broker partners, providing exceptional service and support to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients and broker partners with service needs and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Submit and process operational requests, such as funds distributions, cash and stock journals, account updates, and ACATs initiation.
