Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service
- Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Resolve customers' challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
- Stable internet with ability to provide reputed company of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
