Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Medicaid and Medicare Support Specialist. As a key member of reputed company, you will provide telephone assistance to reputed company Medicaid members and providers, answering an reputed company of inquiries such as eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. We strive to provide an excellent experience to our callers each and every time, and strong customer skills are required to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering in-coming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
• Requires high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable, use of Wi-Fi is not permitted.
• Company provides equipment and training.
• Training Schedule: (First 6 weeks) 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Production schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form, ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements and call quality goals
• Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient
• Must commute to the office in Linthicum, MD reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Experience with working remotely in a call center setting
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare

Education

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
