Job Summary

As an IT Business Analyst with our IT Operations Group, you will provide expert IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our critical infrastructure that supports reputed company's IT operations. You will work closely with reputed company to deliver high-quality services, manage projects, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT administration and support for data center and critical facilities infrastructure, including server farms, IT certificate labs, and remote communication rooms.
• Manage and maintain effective communication and relationships with supervisory teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
