Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties will include:

  • Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
  • Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
  • Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to learn internal systems and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent preferred
  • Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations
  • Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
  • Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, thorough background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and reputed company requirements

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

  • Ability to speak multiple languages
