Key Responsibilities

• Model and convey a clear and excellent customer experience, greeting customers and offering assistance with products and services
• Register sales on assigned sales register, provide customers with respectful, fair, and courteous checkout service
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Model and share customer service best practices with reputed company colleagues to deliver a particular and superb customer experience, including relational habits (e.g., welcoming, eye-to-eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and reputed company service characteristics (e.g., offering assistance proactively, recognizing needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.)
• Furnish customers with courteous, friendly, reputed company, and efficient assistance
• Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items
• Register customer purchases on assigned sales register, collect cash and dispense change as needed; process voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as necessary
• Maintain counters and sales floor clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records

• Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement according to policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
• Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, banner print and creative machine, and sale of special photo items
• Take on web pick obligations (screens orders in Picture Care Plus, handles orders (pick items), delivers orders to customers as they reputed company at store)
• Assist with reputed company and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, sleek, methodical store environment and appearance
• Follow reputed company Company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues
• Complete special tasks and other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
