About the Role

The CS Innovation team is an integral part of the Customer Support organization, responsible for ensuring that our CS tools and technologies are equipped to support the growth, scalability, and adaptability of our Customer Care business. As a seasoned Product Manager, you'll reputed company the development and implementation of our contact center platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data engineering, as well as third-party solution providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management Leadership: Provide strategic direction for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools, working closely with third-party solution providers.
• Strategic Planning: Help define strategy, capture requirements, clarify prioritization, identify dependencies, mitigate risks and obstacles, communicate, and create a roadmap for the contact center platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with every CS functional team to understand their vision and challenges, delivering the best possible solutions together.
