Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients and customers receive exceptional service. Working remotely, you will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, resolving third-party issues, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize reputed company' data entry procedures and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system.

- Research to obtain missing prescription information and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

- Manage correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, emails) and reputed company outbound calls to resolve issues.

- Provide support to Pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

- A minimum of one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer support to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
