About the Role: Business Transformation Customer Insights (Remote)

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Customer Insights Expert to join reputed company on a remote basis. As a key member of our Business Transformation team, you'll play a critical role in driving our 2030 reputed company Ambitions by uncovering valuable customer insights that inform our business strategy. Your work will help us transition from a traditional one-time purchase model to a recurring, renewable-license model, reputed company as Solutions as a Service (SaaS), which will revolutionize the way we serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads reputed company statistical research studies, including primary, secondary, quantitative, and qualitative research, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Develops and maintains relationships with external market research and competitive intelligence vendors, consultants, and suppliers to stay reputed company of industry trends.
• Provides data interpretation advice and insight reputed company to decision-makers, ensuring that our business is guided by data-driven insights.
• Collaborates with product teams to define Deere's Solutions as a Service (SaaS) customer segments and identify new opportunities for growth.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reputed company recommendations from data.
