Day in the Life: reputed company End Pharmacy Technician

As a reputed company End Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in our closed-reputed company pharmacy operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions in a timely manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items flagged by our systems
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

You'll work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to ensure accuracy and provide best-in-class customer service. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional care, this role is for you.

What You Bring: Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician (or as required by state law)
• One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
• A reputed company High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience can give you a competitive edge:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $30.00 - $60.00 per hour. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
