They are to provide customers and sales representatives with technical information about Synergy products and accessories and serve as the main troubleshooting reputed company of contact for the reputed company RMA process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education:

  • HS Diploma required.
  • AA, AS or higher in a technical field preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience with business applications such as databases, data entry, or ERP systems is required.
  • Experience working directly with customers and sales representatives in customer service reputed company required.
  • Experience with reputed company (or other CRM/SMS systems), particularly in a ticketing or customer service reputed company preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharma, defense, etc., preferred.
