About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company General Counsel to join reputed company on a full-time remote basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic legal guidance and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in the United States, preferably with in-house experience at a global company.
• JD or LLM from an accredited US law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States, with the ability to work without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated understanding of software and/or SaaS industry, intellectual property law, data privacy (including GDPR), tax law, employment law, contract law/compliance, ESG issues (including EUDR), and overall corporate compliance, preferably in a small organization with growth aspirations.
• Prior experience in global non-profits, multinational corporations, or law firms.
• Prior experience managing international local counsel.
• Ability to think strategically and reputed company innovative legal strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives, while anticipating and addressing potential legal challenges and risks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, as well as external partners, clients, regulators, and legal counsel.
• Flexibility, open-mindedness, and resourcefulness, with a sense of urgency and ability to reputed company in a changing sector.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000.00 - $165,000.00, depending on your qualifications, experience, and skills. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits and perks, including:
