Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Tech Sales Executive to join our remote team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building a pipeline of potential business, developing sales strategies, and identifying key personas. With a proven track record of delivering sales results and a deep network in the HRtech and Edutech space, you'll be well-equipped to drive revenue growth and contribute to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an active opportunities pipeline to meet quota objectives through outbound prospecting and tapping into your existing network. You'll be well-connected in the HRtech and Edutech space, with a proven ability to find and manage business in this space.
  • Develop sales strategies and approaches to target accounts and identify key personas. You'll be able to communicate a strong value proposition at the executive level and demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • While the emphasis is on sourcing deals and building a pipeline, you'll have the option to be full-cycle and close the business you source. If you prefer to focus on prospecting, that's also fine.

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in sales. If you have:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated ability to find and manage business in the HRtech and Edutech space, you'll be a strong fit for this role.
  • Independence and a strong ability to prospect outbound, utilizing your existing network to build a pipeline.
