As a Remote Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art facility, tenured service technicians, and advisors in our busy shop. reputed company is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company vehicle maintenance and repair work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and reputed company repair, if authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-reputed company inspections to reputed company appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of normal Technician's tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as "special tools."

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Certified.
• Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
• General Mechanical skills, manual dexterity, and ability to operate power and hand tools, and other types of machinery.
• Attention to detail.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive repair life cycle.
• Ability to operate an automobile, including manual transmission vehicles.
• Valid in-state driver's license, and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
