The Role

As an reputed company entry-level Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a range of communications strategies to engage with our global audience. This will include:

• Developing, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple social media platforms
• Sharing regular updates and reporting on social media metrics, content performance, and campaign results
• Supporting the growth and nurturing of reputed company's social media audiences, while increasing engagement rates and valuable actions
• Developing flair with copywriting and asset creation to create messaging that aligns with the brand and its personality, and drives audiences towards action
• Executing A/B and multivariate growth tests
• Being audience-centric, focusing on platform and community moderation, as well as direct audience engagement
• Creating awareness on integrated campaigns, product launches, webinar series, industry announcements, and core content

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A strong understanding of social media and communications best practices
