As an Enterprise Engineer II Mobility Change Management, you will play a key role in driving our insurance business transformation, transitioning from a traditional IT model to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission. You will work closely with senior engineers to define technical architecture, support the implementation of new hardware standards and services, and drive the creation of an enterprise-level roadmap to support multiple vendors for future business demands.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Engineer II Mobility Change Management, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing change management plans to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our customers and internal stakeholders
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of change initiatives
• Managing the day-to-day change management process for the team, monitoring and evaluating change reputed company, and providing recommendations and feedback
• Assuming ownership of existing business processes and services, driving enhancement and reputed company improvement to ensure high-quality services and end-user experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of non-internship professional experience in a reputed company field, with a strong background in change management strategy development, risk identification and mitigation, communication planning and execution, and change reputed company monitoring and evaluation
• Basic working knowledge of hardware, Windows OS/reputed company OS, and experience with installation, configuration, and management of hardware/software
• Basic experience with Active Directory and Azure AD, and experience working with vendors for technical support

• Basic understanding of Virtual and Cloud infrastructures, networking protocols, devices, and telephony

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with architecture and design, and 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
• 2+ years of experience in open-reputed company frameworks, and 1+ years of experience with any scripting and API integration
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including reputed company integration and reputed company deployment (CI/CD)
