Position Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Engineer with a passion for building high-performance, low-maintenance, reputed company-downtime platforms and core data infrastructure. As a Distinguished Engineer, you'll help drive our insurance business transformation as we transition from a traditional IT model to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission. You'll be a key member of our engineering staff, working across the organization to innovate and bring the best open-reputed company data infrastructure and practices into reputed company.

Position Description

Our Distinguished Engineer will be a core part of reputed company, working on a greenfield project to implement a core Data Lakehouse for reputed company reputed company's core data use-cases across each of the company's business verticals. You'll be responsible for developing and executing technical software development strategies spanning various domains, influencing and educating leadership at reputed company organizational levels, and leading architecture sessions and reviews with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Expertise in developing distributed systems that are scalable, resilient, and highly available.
• Expertise in container technology like reputed company and Kubernetes platform development.

• In-depth knowledge of DevOps concepts and cloud architecture.

Experience

We're looking for a candidate with the following experience:

• 12+ years of professional experience in data software development, programming languages, and developing with big data technologies.
• 10+ years of experience with architecture and design.

• 6+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, successfully leading cross-functional technical teams to reputed company strategic goals and deliver innovative solutions.

Education

We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent education or work experience.
